I've spent 20 years recruiting, and the same thing keeps coming up. Candidates tell me they want to work somewhere their beliefs are respected, not just tolerated. Business owners tell me they want people who fit the culture they've worked hard to build. Job boards don't connect either one very well.
That's why BY Faith exists. I work with business owners, hiring managers, and leaders who are open about their faith, and with candidates who want to work for organizations like that. I also continue to serve churches, ministries, and faith-based nonprofits with their hiring.

How to spot a company that isn't shy about its faith
Most job postings won't say it outright. These are a few of the signs I look for when I'm matching candidates with employers.
- Their mission or values statement says it plainly
- They close on Sundays or build rest into the schedule
- They offer a workplace chaplain program or open meetings with prayer
- Giving, service, and community involvement are part of how they operate
- The owner or leadership team talks about it openly, on their website, on LinkedIn, or in the interview
